On the agricultural estate – agricultural land a functionally related group of buildings was built for the purpose of carrying out agricultural activities – viticulture. It consists of residential buildings where owners live, an auxiliary building and three agricultural buildings.
The main entrance to the residential building is on the northwest side from a small square that connects it with the auxiliary building into a whole for the needs of the household. Agricultural buildings for the purpose of viticulture are located along the culture border and connected by access paths throughout the farm. The access areas are paved, while the square and the paths surrounding the building are paved with stone.
The residential building was built as a family residential building with one apartment. The basement is intended for storage of finished products. The building includes the basement, ground floor and the first floor.
The auxiliary building is in the shape of the letter “L” and upgraded by an entrance and driers, and a porch. The building includes the ground floor.
Agricultural building 1 – canopy on the ground floor is designed for storing tools and machinery, while the storage is located in the basement. The building includes the basement and ground floor.
Agricultural building 2 – pool and winery is designed for the purpose of preserving, nurturing and finalization of wine. The pool on the ground floor has a double purpose – the pool and the water tank for irrigation. The processing part starts outdoors on a plateau in front of the agricultural building 2 where in the period of the harvest machinery is placed for grape processing (crushers, pressure equipment, pumps). The building includes the basement and ground floor.
Agricultural building 3 – fruit storage is intended for fruit storage and storing tools and machines. The building includes the basement, ground floor and first floor.
Gradel performed complete works on the agricultural estate, including the construction of residential and agricultural buildings, the reconstruction of the auxiliary building, external design of paths and the small square, as well as the access throughout the farm.
