The lodging-tourism building was constructed in the settlement Ičići. The building is of irregular shape and consists of three cubes. Plan dimensions of the building are max. 37.00 x 16.30 m, involving the basement, ground floor, two floors and attic.
The total number of apartments amounts to 23 apartments, 11 garages and a storage room as an integral part of one of the garages located in the basement.
The access to the apartments of the ground floor is provided from the north side through a small atrium. For the purpose of allowing access to the 1st and the 2nd floor an external, outdoor single staircase was constructed.
