RENOVATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF VILLA LIANA, LOVRAN

A single-storey villa with a very high attic, situated in alignment with reinforced surface, directly above the sea, on a stretched part of the coast that from the south side closes the small bay Peharovo.
The floor plan is elongated in rectangular shape, along the coastline and its eastern part is of unusual and irregular shape. At the northeast corner the floor plan is slanted, while at the opposite, southeast corner, a polygonal space is added to a deeply engraved rectangle.
The environment is not spacious, but is picturesque and carefully arranged. On the eastern side there is a staircase for reaching the area below the platform, and further down the coastline may be reached by an underground passage dug in a rock. Through an arched opening the passage leads to a small terrace, from where one can take a couple of steps down to a wide, paved area by the sea.
An especially nice position with direct underground access to the sea, terraces, a green garden, picturesque staircases, its distinctly country, uninterrupted, purpose make the villa particularly valuable and interesting as a whole.
Gradel performed construction-craft and installation works on the renovation of Villa Liana, complete interior decoration and design of the new roof.
