The tourism-lodging buildings, Villa Max and Urba, are located in the settlement Ičići.
Each building consists of a basement, ground floor, two floors and attic and is designed not to represent an obstacle to neighboring buildings in terms of traffic, not to obstruct the view, normal flow of air and sunshine. On the ground floor of the building there are two apartment units, one on the 1st floor, and two units of two-storey apartments are located on the 2nd floor and in the attic. The total number of units per villa amounts to five. In the basement of each villa five garage spaces are located.
