The building is formed as a freestanding object and consists of a basement, ground floor, two floors and an attic.
The ground floor and the first floor include four apartment units, and on the second floor and in the attic there are four two-storey units. The total number of units is 12. The basement includes 8 garage parking places. The plot provides 10 parking places, which means that the total number garage-parking places is 18.
The access to the apartment is provided from the north side. Internal communication takes place via two shared external double staircases, and between the second floor and the attic via an internal staircase within the apartment unit.
