The Villa Vera Hotel is located in the very center of the charming Mediterranean town of Lovran. Ideal accommodation in the vicinity of the sea and beach, a beautiful park and a twelve kilometer long coastal promenade allow for enjoying the benefits of the Kvarner Bay.

The existing building is being reconstructed on the existing part and extended by adding a wellness center – a conservatory with a swimming pool and a bar, a whirlpool, steam bath, Finnish and infrared sauna and a gym.

Gradel performs all construction and craft works on the renovation and extension of Villa Vera and construction-craft and installation works on the extension of the pool.
